If your day for service occurs on a holiday, we will service you the next business day. If a holiday occurs on a Saturday or Sunday, your day for service will not be affected. If there is any deviation from this schedule, you will be notified by mail or newspaper.
There is an exception to the above policy if you live in the Alexandria, Sauk Centre, Granite Falls or Redwood County Areas:
When there is a holiday we work one day late all week. For example, if a holiday occurs on a Wednesday, the Wednesday route will be done on Thursday, the Thursday route will be done on Friday and the Friday route will be done on Saturday. If the holiday occurs on a Saturday or Sunday, you day of service will not be affected. If there is any deviation from this schedule, you will be notified by mail.
